Grounding Transformation into the Nervous System- Full Moon in Gemini 2025

Hopefully this will be the last practice that I'm just speaking and not practicing with y'all.
The full moon in Gemini on Thursday afternoon (PST) this week is calling us to ground the hugely transformative Scorpio season (past month) and Mercury RX into our nervous systems. In order to create real change it has to be grounded into the nervous system layer of our bodies. What unexpected realizations about your communication, actions, relationships, finances did you come to over the past few weeks? Scorpio took us to the depths; were there weird things coming out of your body? Scorpio rules all parts of the body that excrete as well as regenerate (reproductive parts). Can you make any connections between what was happening in your spirit body and your physical body?
The moon, square the nodes, challenges us to let go of anxiety, especially around our health and surrender into trusting life, the fluidity of the present moment and our highest truth. Let the stories drop away and practice presence. The way our lives, bodies, minds have been structured for the past 30 years is falling away and we are on our way into a new 30 year structure.
