Full Moon in Gemini Yoga

The moon is full in Gemini this Saturday night/ Sunday morning.

The ruler of Gemini, Mercury, goes direct on Sunday. When a planet stations direct we feel its energy more.

Gemini and Mercury are quick moving energies associated with knowledge, communication, information, the lungs and the nervous system.

In our yoga practice for the full moon we practice grounding the nervous system and fine tuning our senses so that we can have more awareness and clarity in how we walk through the world on a daily basis.
