Eclipse and retrograde season. How is everyone doing?
The Sun is in Aries, and we have a new moon solar eclipse this weekend, early on Saturday morning. Chiron is exactly square Mars (the ruler of the new moon), while Mercury and Venus are both retrograde in Aries (the sign of our sun and moon) as well. Chiron square Mars is activating deep wounds, Mercury and Venus Rx are calling us to slow down and reconsider how we communicate and how we are showing up in relationships and how are these in alignment or not with our values. What are our values? And is any of this shifting? Aries rules the 1st house, it is how we show up in the world. What around this are we reconsidering/changing? This 50 ish minute yoga practice is about coming back to self, grounding, regulating the nervous system and nourishing the endocrine system.
