The Taurus tea blend is specifically formulated with herbs traditionally used to support the movement of fixed earth from the body.
 
Ingredients: Cleavers, Red Clover, Nettles, Rose, Red Root, Thyme, Spearmint 
 
All herbs in this tea blend are certified organic, wild harvested, or homegrown using organic practices.
 
Directions for use: Boil water then add 1 1/4 TBSP of herbs per 8 oz of water. Steep covered for 20 minutes.
