Ingredients: Horsetail, Oat tops & straw, Mullein, Gotu Kola, Chamomile, Cardamom 
 
All herbs in this tea blend are certified organic, wild harvested, or homegrown using organic practices.
 
Directions for use: Boil water then add 1 TBSP of herbs per 8 oz of water. Steep covered for 20 min.
