Ingredients: Ashwaganda, Shatavari, Rhodiola, Reishi, Hawthorn, Cinnamon and Licorice.

Directions for use: Simmer 1 1/4 tsp of herbs per 8 oz of water for 20 min- covered. *To receive the full benefits of the reishi, simmer for 1 hour.*
